One can blog all day on this movie. It is a great classic and always garners a lot of votes for the best movie of all times.

Many modern day critics do not like it because the slaves were so happy to be slaves. Everyone knows, except the idiots who are in denial, that slaves do not want to be slaves. Slavery was ugly at its very best.

The movie really does depict a pretty good image of the American woman. She is usually portrayed in movies like this as proud, tough, strong-willed and hard working. Do you think that this is true today about American women?

If you were an American, how would you describe the Thai women's characteristics? Are there differences between the Thai culture and the Chinese culture that most of you have in your background? It is interesting to compare women roles in different cultures. A person can even get a PhD in Womens Studies in most universities especially in the US.

What did you think of Rhett and his relationship with Scarlett? Several hours of classtime could be spent on this relationship, exploring the reasons for this and the reasons for that. Guess that is why this is considered to be a great classic.

Keep up the blogging.

I think Hollywood has thought about doing a reshoot of this pictures. I DON'T THINK SO.

An Interesting thing to do, is put Gone with the Wind in google, snd see all the websites on this movie. It's extraordinary, and tons of them are trying to sell us something.
